This route is ideal for guests coming from North, East, or Central Bali.
For guests from South Bali, the travel time to Kusamba is only 30–40 minutes longer than to Sanur Harbor.
Yes, we collaborate with trusted third-party drivers and boat companies. Our reservation team will be delighted to assist with transportation arrangements with an additional cost.
We do not provide an airport shuttle, but we can arrange transportation from the Airport to Sanur Harbor or Airport to Kusamba Harbor, where you can take the fast boat to Nusa Penida.
The latest boat from the mainland departs at 17:00 from Sanur Harbor or Kusamba Harbor. Guest need to check in at boat counter at least 30 minutes before boat departure
Please ensure your flight arrives at least 3.5–4 hours before the last boat departure.
If your arrival time is less than those time,highly possibility you may not be able to reach the harbor on time and then you will need to stay overnight in Bali to reach the fast boat on the next day.
If you are traveling to the airport on the same day from Nusa Penida, your flight should be no earlier than 12:00 PM.
For the safest timing, please ensure your flight departure is at least 4-5 hours after your boat departure from Nusa Penida.
If your flight is before 12:00 PM, we highly recommend staying your last night on the Bali mainland, because you may not have enough time to reach the airport.

Yes, all visitors must pay a mandatory island entrance fee of IDR 25,000 per person upon arrival.
Please prepare cash, as payment is cash only.
Please bring enough cash from Bali, as ATMs are limited and many transactions require cash. Bring easy-to-carry luggage, as guests are responsible for carrying their own bags from the jetty to the pick-up area. Most boats do not provide porter service or trolley such as in airport
We are close to the famous Eastern beaches: Diamond Beach, Atuh Beach, and the Tree House, located about 25–35 minutes from the resort.
You can visit Goa Giri Putri Temple, a stunning cave temple located only 15–18 minutes from our hotel.

We do not have portable extra beds, but we can arrange a sofa bed with an additional charge of IDR 750,000/night/person, including breakfast.

Yes, a IDR 1,000,000 deposit is required upon arrival (by credit card or cash). This deposit can be used for your expenses during your stay.
Any remaining balance will be refunded at check-out.

Nusa Penida’s roads are steep and challenging, please ensure you are experienced riding scooter in difficult area and hold a valid license.
You may find scooter rentals online, any incident will be the guest’s responsibility directly to the
rental owner, not the hotel.
Yes, you can swim at our beach depending on the tide conditions. We highly recommend wearing reef shoes for your safety and comfort.
